Enjoy fantastic mountain views in a peaceful and calm atmosphere from your balcony in a super central location. The lively main street is only 300 metres away and can be reached in no time via a small footpath. Even Penken and Ahorn cable cars are just in a few minutes' walking distance and it´s way quicker to simply stroll down there. Restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, sports shops and bars are just a stone's throw away. Go, get some fresh bread every morning from the neighbour´s bakery and mini-supermarket and chill at the local pools with public sauna and spa area next door after amazing adventures in the mountains.
